GENERAL POLICIES:
- Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and review our waiver form.
- Late arrival will result in a reduction in your treatment time due to adjacent bookings.
- Remember to turn off your cell phone for the duration of therapies.
- Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and inform them of any tension or injuries that you may have.
- VitalLiving therapists will keep your body draped during services and will only expose the area to be worked upon.
- Allow the therapist to perform service as reserved and timed.
- Relax…and enjoy!
- Give honest feedback if you are unhappy with your treatment so that there is an opportunity to address any issues. If no feedback is given during your treatment we assume everything went well.
- Know that any sexual solicitations will not be tolerated and we will report such actions to authorities.
- Your therapist may terminate the service, without refund, for any use of inappropriate language or actions.
DAY SPA CANCELLATIONS:
Given our financial commitment to our therapists, their commitment to being available for you, and because we turn away other clients when your treatment is scheduled, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- We require 24 hours notice by phone to cancel your appointment.
- Failure to appear for an appointment will result in a 100% fee charge for services reserved.

eGIFT CARD & GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
- Untimely cancellations as outlined by our cancellation policies or failure to appear for an appointment made to redeem a Gift Certificate or eGift Card will result in the deduction of the full fee of the appointment from the balance of Gift Certificate or eGift Card.
- eGift Cards & Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
REJUVENATION & PANCHAKARMA PROGRAM POLICIES:
Deposit: A non refundable 50% deposit is due at the time your program is scheduled to secure your dates and times.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies: Given our financial commitment to our therapists, their commitment to being available for our guests, and because we turn away other patients if our schedule is full, we have implemented the following policies for rescheduling and/or cancellation:
- Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, please note that the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- Reschedule: If you need to reschedule the dates of your program, kindly give us a 14 day notice. There will be a $250 reschedule fee.
Form of Payment: Deposit payment may be made by MC/Visa/ Amex, cashier’s check or cash. Deposit payment may be made by personal check if made one month prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow for check clearance.
Balance Due: The balance of your bill is due on the first day of your program.We accept MC/Visa/AMEX, cashier’s check, cash and personal checks.
Health Insurance: VitalLiving does not accept health insurance, although we can process payment by HSA cards. By request we will supply a superbill that may be sent by you to your company or insurance company for re-imbursement.
Confirmation: Please do not make travel arrangements until you have received definite confirmation of your program dates.
