Full of natural sugars, fiber and protein (be sure to add the pumpkin seeds or some other nut or seed of choice – maybe blanched roasted almonds? – to balance the sweetness of the dish and slow absorption of sugar) it is sure to satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth.
